today’s seeds

Today’s Seeds believes that every child should be able to make their mark on their world and receive help to build a better future.

Every adult needs to provide that help to build bridges across the Social Divides, fostering Hope, Creativity and Art.

Our mandate: to harness the power of the Arts to promote civility.

So why not challenge the impossible?

Let’s Change the World!

Our Compass

The parable of the old man who plants a tree, knowing he will never be the beneficiary of the breeze or the shade from the leaves of that tree. Today’s Seeds is a working collaborative to change the world for the greater good for the next seven generations.

Our Mission

Seeking to build community bridges & promote collaboration, fostering civility and understanding through the Power of the Arts.

What We Do

Today’s Seeds promotes the Arts through Children’s Literature, sowing seeds for a long-term process of enriching civility in our broader community. A solutions based organization Today’s Seeds seeks an end to the divisiveness permeating our society, making tangible social changes that build bridges, promotes collaboration and impacts on the great challenges of our time.

Our grandchildren and their grandchildren depend on us, Today!

Empowering Children

We strive to show children that they have a voice and a way to express it.

Supporting the Arts

We support and promote creativity and expression through the visual and performing arts.

Fostering Peace

Through the arts, we aim to bring people together by embracing what we have in common.

Embracing Knowledge

Thousands of studies strongly suggest that the Arts and Arts Education is good for our physical and mental health. The Arts help to reduce criminal activity, specifically domestic abuse by nurturing a sense of belonging. Even academic achievement increases through a strong association with the Arts.

Jo-Jo

Jo-Jo is a duckbilled platypus. He is an artist, singer, dancer and a clever, inquisitive third grader. His music teacher, Mrs. Picklejuice, thinks he has a lot of potential. Can Jo-Jo live up to her expectations?
